Andy’s Frozen Custard NASCAR Fan Lounge Activation

Fun, welcoming, and designed to bring a relaxed backyard atmosphere into the high-energy environment of NASCAR, this Andy’s Frozen Custard activation transformed a race-day fan area into a branded outdoor lounge experience. The setup combined comfortable seating, interactive gameplay, and frozen custard sampling to create a destination where guests could slow down, connect with friends, and enjoy a memorable brand experience between race activities.

Built around a lawn-inspired hospitality environment, the activation featured a custom artificial grass area, Andy’s Frozen Custard branded tent, Adirondack chairs, and all-weather cornhole boards positioned as a casual competition zone. Guests were invited to relax with frozen treats, play cornhole, take a break from the event atmosphere, and spend additional time engaging with the brand in a comfortable outdoor setting.

The result was a flexible NASCAR fan activation that blended hospitality, recreation, and product sampling into a highly approachable experience. By recreating the feeling of a backyard gathering within a race venue, Andy’s Frozen Custard created a memorable space where fans could enjoy the event while building a stronger connection with the brand.
