Outdoor, energetic, and designed to create memorable moments between winter activities, the Subaru WinterFest Base Camp activation demonstrates how branded games can transform an event footprint into an interactive destination. Positioned within a snowy mountain environment, custom Subaru-branded cornhole and Giant Topple Tower games gave attendees a simple way to relax, compete, and connect while enjoying the festival atmosphere.

Built for casual participation and high guest turnover, the activation incorporated weather-resistant outdoor games that could operate throughout the event without requiring complex staffing or instruction. Guests waiting between activities, exploring the festival grounds, or taking a break near the base camp area could naturally participate in cornhole challenges or build and topple oversized wooden blocks while surrounded by Subaru vehicles, winter scenery, and brand experiences.

The result was a flexible winter event entertainment solution that blended recreation, hospitality, and brand engagement. By adding interactive games to the festival environment, Subaru created a welcoming gathering point where attendees could spend more time with the brand while creating authentic photo opportunities, friendly competition, and memorable shared experiences.
